Bronto.io is a fast-growing B2B technology company. We are looking for a creator who refuses to settle for generic B2B aesthetics and is ready to help build a brand that feels distinct, human, and beautiful.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a versatile Creative Producer to partner directly with our Head of Design. You will act as the engine of our visual brand, executing high-quality content across Sales, Marketing, Events, and PR.

This role is for a maker with 2+ years of experience who understands that true speed comes from versatility, and true quality comes from intentional design.

I. Multidisciplinary Production 🎨

This is a role for a highly organized "doer" who can maintain high aesthetic standards while moving at the pace of a startup.

• A) Medium Versatility: You are a one-stop studio. You will produce a diverse range of assets—from cutting social videos and designing sales decks to laying out whitepapers and formatting a short-form copy.
  
  
• B) Brand Support: You will support the Head of Design in fueling the business. You will create bespoke assets that help Sales close deals, ensure our PR announcements pop, and make our Events experiences visually unmissable.
  
  
• C) Intentional Craft: We value work that is "considered and intentional." You ensure that every asset—no matter how small—serves a purpose and meets our bar for beauty. You prioritize design integrity over churning out noise.
  
  

II. Tech-Enabled Artistry 🧠
We need a producer who uses modern tools to expand their creative capacity, not replace their taste.

• AI with Intent: You leverage creative AI tools to accelerate workflows (e.g., resizing, storyboarding, transcription) without ever diluting the brand's aesthetic.
• Curated Output: You act as the editor and curator. You understand that AI output is raw material, and you have the design skills to refine it until it is indistinguishable from human-crafted excellence.

Evidence of Success 🏆

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in creative production or design.
• A "Beautiful" Portfolio: Your work must speak for itself. We want to see a portfolio that is curated, polished, and demonstrates a strong eye for typography, pacing, and layout.
• Tool Fluency: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential. Experience with video editing and AI creative tools is highly valued.

Success Stories Candidates must be prepared to walk us through specific examples from their portfolio:
